The Excel File you will receive via email, which is guaranteed virus free, has the three additional columns on
the right. You only need to fill in (1) the value of your item(s) and (2) how many you are donating. The file calculates
the donations per line and then at the end for a total donation. You can always delete rows or add rows if, for
example, you have 4 lamps and want to value two of them low and two of them high. When you use the original Excel
file you will receive, be sure to save it using a different file name, for example, SalvationArmy2010.xls. This way the original file, which is SalvationArmyForm.xls will still be blank for future use.
