Non-Resident Application
(Limited to Homes in the Winding Trails subdivision)
1. The Membership Activation Fee is $650.
___Waived if prior homeowner was a member and the annual assessment was not delinquent.

Trustee Approval
2. There is an Annual Assessment (dues). For the year 2007 the assessment is $275, which is subject to future adjustments.
Payment of the annual assessment is required to continue your membership and to avoid repayment of the $650 activation
fee. Since your membership to the VWT Bath & Tennis Club is optional, a $50 refundable key deposit is required.
One key will provide access to both the pool and tennis courts. You will receive your key (which remains the property
of The Village of Winding Trails) and a copy of the rules and information once your application has been approved
and payment has been received.
3. All members are subject to the rules and regulations governing the pool established by the Trustees of The Village
of Winding Trails. Rules are posted at the pool and on this website. We reserve the right to impose reasonable
restrictions to maximize the health and safe enjoyment of this facility.

We understand that the failure to pay the Annual Assessment when due or failure to comply with any rules and regulations
governing use of the recreational facilities will result in loss of our right to use the recreational facilities.
